Our Farm
Our Story
We grow five acres of annuals, perennials, woodies, bulbs, corms, and roots in sandy and clay soils. Over the years, we’ve expanded to five acres with hoop houses, a heated greenhouse, and open fields, growing more each season. Today we grow about three acres of annuals, 1.5 acres of woody shrubs, and an acre of perennials, and we’re constantly expanding our field and hoophouse production.
Our flowers are sold wholesale to florists and designers, at farmers markets, through a small CSA, and for a few weddings and events each year. We grow year-round, selling from February through November. We kick off the season with a winter flower CSA, and as spring arrives, we focus on wholesale and attend the Burlington Farmers’ Market every Saturday.
After a couple of floods, we moved off the Intervale in late 2024 and settled in Charlotte, Vermont. We’re now fully established on our home farm, and we love being here. We focus on growing flowers with care, letting each season guide what we plant and how we farm.
When Braden and I first met while farming vegetables on the Intervale, we joked about starting a flower farm. With my background in floral design and his extensive farming experience, it seemed like the perfect way to combine our passions. When the flower farm on the Intervale decided to retire, we saw it as our chance to make that dream a reality. In the winter of 2020, we launched June Farm.
Heading into our seventh season, we’ve grown into a high-production farm that supports both of us full-time year-round, along with five seasonal employees. We absolutely love what we do. We have an amazing crew and feel incredibly grateful to be farming. Beyond the flowers, we take great care of our farm and take pride in creating a beautiful, healthy workspace.
